| 課程簡述 | 本課程之實習包括各動物正常之生理功能及其調節作用之觀察，內容包括基本實習操作技術、基礎代謝速率、呼吸、心跳、體溫、血液生化數據、神經反應及內分泌等基礎資料之收集、及相關之生理外科之操作技術 The course discusses the normal physiological function and regulation including the basic techniques for physiological practice, the data collection of basal metabolic rate, respiration, heart beating, temperature, blood biochemical data, endocrine and nerve response in animal body. |

| 實習內容涵蓋各動物正常之生理功能及其作用之調節，促使學生熟悉各生理系統及瞭解其生理意義，實驗單元內容包括: 1. 實驗分組、實習簡介、顯微鏡使用說明 2. 細胞的滲透作用、擴散作用、透析作用 3. 基礎代謝速率、及呼吸心跳體溫等基礎資料之收集 4. 高張、等張、及低張溶液對細胞之影響 5. 紅、白血球計數、血液抹片製做、白血球之計數分類 6. 紅血球之脆性實驗、血紅素、血球比、出血及凝血試驗 7. 生理記錄器簡介及心電圖測定 8. 呼吸測量及運動生理調控 9. 交感及副交感神經對心跳及血壓之影響 10. 胰島素對血糖濃度之影響 11. 進食前後血糖與胰島素的變化 12. 甲狀腺素摘除對大白鼠之影響 13. 小鼠陰道抹 |
