| 課程簡述 | The course will aid the student in understanding the impact of supply chain management on success and profitability, and the influence of an integrated supply chain on major functional activities such as product design, information systems, manufacturing planning, inventory management, human resource development, financial planning, forecast, sales, and quality management. With these objectives in mind, this class was designed to help students understand better the following key areas and their interrelationships: (1) the strategic role of a supply chain, (2) the key strategic drivers of supply chain performance, and (3) analytic methodogies for supply chain analysis |
