Course Description 本課程兼顧生物化學領域最重要的四個部份:共同基礎實驗、酵素動力學、核酸操作、蛋白質純化,分別由專精老師授課,由實驗中印證課本所學。,使學生了解生物化學相關實驗之原理並進行實作,訓練學生未來實際著手進行研究之能力。(強烈建議至少修過一個學期生物化學課程再來選修,較有收獲)
