Course Description • 要求學生選擇三篇近 5 或 10 年內具有關連性的高水準科研文章 (需與自己的論文研究主題無關) 進行有系統和連貫性的探討。
這三篇文章需涉及特定領域的重要問題之突破或成就且不得為專屬網頁期刊，或具回顧性質，技術性質等，或類似。

• 同學可以準備數篇(不止你屬意的三篇)文章，於準備週期間，每週二下午找老師討論，或其他類似雙邊討論方法。文章大部實驗不得為 histochemistry(組織染)，或類似大幅技術性實驗數據等為原則。文章以解決生化謎題為主軸，實驗設計原則，及結果論述推導，以致於結論。

Evaluation
專討講述
專討講述方式:
• 三小時(每節 50 分鐘，休息 10 分鐘)
• 每節內容敘述時間 30 分鐘，發問 20 分鐘 (計時，扣除中間發問時間)

投影片陳述內容
• 原則上，簡介(introduction)部份只有乙次 (表示你要將三篇文章的 introduction 共同部分合併)，同時敘述三篇文章各自解決的謎題及動機
• 討論第二/三篇文章時，簡介扼要述明與第一/二篇的關係，解決的謎題及動機
⮚ 準備實驗部份內容的考核重點
⮚ 少見的實驗技術要簡述原理及做法
⮚ 實驗的設計原理
⮚ 結果的圖、表重點解釋(包含實驗落差)
⮚ 各別實驗結果的推論 (有時會有數個實驗結果，針對一個想法或推論)
