Course Description 本課程為碩士班課程,希望經由此課程,讓同學建立免疫學基本觀念,進而了解如何利用營養或食物成分調控或改善免疫異常的疾病,上課方式包括講授、專題探討及討論等。

本課程旨在建立營養與免疫學基本觀念,使學生瞭解營養素與免疫系統間之相互作用關係,進而建立營養免疫學的基礎研究能力。
