Course Description 本課程實驗課程,旨在使膳食療養理論與實際配合,讓同學了解特殊生理狀況(疾病)下之膳食選擇及應用,上課內容從膳食設計、採買、製作及改善,使選修同學得以真正了解不同疾病飲食之設計及製作。
