Course Description 法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。本課程以生活上時常發生的實例為出發，有助於非法律系學知悉法令如何遵守及法律上的權利如何維護。民法、刑法、行政法、程序法、智慧財產權的相關概念、內容、案例討論在課程上均有安排，期使學生能充份瞭解法律規定的內涵，以達增進法律知識之目的。

1、討論現代社會並存或共享的社會規範及有關社會規範一詞的分化。
2、透過法律個案反思個人道德價值觀依據的理由、偏好及其正當性，並藉由 互為主體、溝通以及自我批判反省現代公民德行與行動能力。
3、引導學生認識憲法保障人民基本權利的意義，及釋憲如何落實人權價值。
4、以貼近學生生活方式，介紹各法原則及理論抽象性。
