本課程旨在透過遺傳學基礎實驗,培養學生對遺傳學相關領域的學習興趣與研究能力。透過動植物模型,如果蠅雜交實驗、植物根尖細胞的有絲分裂觀察、老鼠生殖細胞的減數分裂分析,學生將親身操作並理解遺傳現象的基本原理。此外,課程將導入核酸萃取技術,並結合統計分析與族群遺傳學實驗,使學生學習遺傳數據的分析與詮釋,進一步理解遺傳變異與遺傳法則。透過這些綜合性實驗訓練,學生不僅能夠建立扎實的遺傳學基礎,還能啟發對分子遺傳、生物技術與基因醫學等領域的興趣,為未來進階學習與研究奠定堅實基礎。 |
