課程簡述 The “Nano Photoelectronic Materials and Structures” course is designed with innovative topics that integrate various aspects of nanotechnology and light-matter interactions at the nanoscale.In addition to theoretical knowledge, students can participate in a cleanroom laboratory and sample fabrication observation tour at the end of the course. This experience will allow the students to witness the meticulous processes of creating nanostructures and understand the practical aspects of nanotechnology fabrication.
