Course Description (中)本課程將包括 1. 基因體學定義及其應用; 2. 基因體學的基本技術; 3. 基因定位與基因體定序的基本技術; 4. 基因體定序、組合與註解; 5. 功能性基因體學; 6. 高通量遺傳分析; 7. 結構基因體學; 8. 比較基因體學; 9. 基因體學與農業; 10.基因體學的倫理議題; 11.蛋白質體學簡介; 12.蛋白質的二維電泳分析; 13. 質譜術應用於蛋白質體學; 14.以胜肽指紋分析鑑定蛋白質身份及蛋白質定序技術; 15. 基因體與蛋白質體料庫簡介; 16. 磷酸化蛋白質體與醣蛋白質體.
(Eng.)The course will include 1. What is genomics, and what are its applications?; 2. Technical foundations of Genomics; 3. fundamentals of mapping and sequencing; 4. Genome sequencing, assembly and annotation; 5. Functional genomics; 6. High-throughput genetics; 7 Structural genomics.; 8. Comparative genomics; 9. Genomics and agriculture; 10. Ethical issues of genomics; 11. Introduction to proteomics; 12. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis of proteins; 13. Mass spectrometry for proteomics 14. Protein Identification by peptide mass fingerprinting and protein sequencing techniques; 15. Genomic and proteomic databases; 16. Phosphoproteomics and glycoproteomics.
