| 本課程為基礎法學領域之必修課程，共分上下學期兩階段授課。在上學期憲法課程中，授課重點主要著重於憲法基礎理論、原理原則以及人民基本權利總論及各論等部分之講授。期望藉此以建立修課學生對於憲法此一國家根本大法能有基本且必要之憲法知識。 |

| 1、期末考試 80％ 2、不定期之隨堂測驗（不會預先告知測驗日期，修課同學應隨時準備應試） 20％ 3、未遵守課堂規則者，將酌扣學期總成績（第一堂課將會講解本學期課堂規則及學習評量方式，請務必出席！） 4、於本學期第一次上課前，會擇期就憲法學習及相關應注意事項為說明，請大一新生務必參加！說明課程之時間地點將另行公告！ |
