課程簡述 1.配合教育部與原委會關於轉型正義計畫，及提升全民原教的文化敏感度，提升原住民族對自我歷史文化的自信與瞭解，並落實本校即將成立原住民學院未來文化課群的建置。透過課程，建構可供原住民師生、一般師生都能增進彼此理解，文化交流融合之平台的可能性。
2.臺灣原住民族轉型正義旨在面對歷史上不同政權對原住民族所造成的土地剝奪、文化壓迫、政治排除與社會不平等問題，透過真相揭露、歷史反思與制度改革，促進國家與原住民族之間的和解，並實現多元文化共存與族群正義。

1.In alignment with the transitional justice initiatives promoted by the Ministry of Education and the Indigenous Peoples Council, and to enhance cultural sensitivity in Indigenous education among the general public, this course aims to strengthen Indigenous peoples’ understanding of and confidence in their own history and culture. It also supports the future development of cultural studies curricula within the Indigenous College that our university plans to establish. Through this course, a platform can be created to foster mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and integration among Indigenous and non-Indigenous students and faculty members.
2.Taiwan’s Indigenous transitional justice seeks to address the historical injustices inflicted upon Indigenous peoples by successive regimes, including land dispossession, cultural oppression, political exclusion, and social inequality. Through truth-telling, historical reflection, and institutional reform, it aims to promote reconciliation between the state and Indigenous peoples, while fostering multicultural coexistence and achieving ethnic justice.

1.還原歷史真相：釐清原住民族在殖民統治、土地流失、文化同化及國家治理過程中的歷史經驗與集體記憶。重視原住民族觀點與口述歷史，補充過去以國家為中心的歷史敘事。
2.恢復歷史正義：承認國家過去對原住民族造成的傷害與不正義。建立道歉、補償與制度修正機制。
3.保障原住民族權利：落實土地權、文化權、語言權、自治權及自然資源使用權。依循《聯合國原住民族權利宣言》（UNDRIP）精神推動相關政策。
4.促進族群和解與社會共融：建立不同族群對歷史的共同理解。透過教育與公共對話，消除偏見與歧視。
5.建構多元文化國家：尊重原住民族主體性與文化多樣性，促進族群平等與民主深化。

1.Restoring Historical Truth：To clarify the historical experiences and collective memories of Indigenous peoples in the contexts of colonial rule, land dispossession, cultural assimilation, and state governance. This includes valuing Indigenous perspectives and oral histories to complement and challenge state-centered historical narratives of the past.
2.Restoring Historical Justice：To acknowledge the harms and injustices inflicted upon Indigenous peoples by the state throughout history, and to establish mechanisms for official apologies, reparations, and institutional reforms.
3.Protecting Indigenous Rights：To safeguard and promote Indigenous rights, including land rights, cultural rights, language rights, self-governance rights, and rights to the use of natural resources. Relevant policies should be advanced in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
4.Promoting Ethnic Reconciliation and Social Inclusion：To foster a shared understanding of history among different ethnic groups and to eliminate prejudice and discrimination through education and public dialogue.
5.Building a Multicultural Nation：To respect Indigenous subjectivity and cultural diversity, while promoting ethnic equality and deepening democratic development.
