Course Description 1.蛋白質體之定義與發展歷史;2.動物蛋白質體之解析技術;3.質譜儀應用於蛋白質身份鑑定;4.蛋白質體學分析方法;5.多維度液相層析在蛋白質體分析應用;6.轉譯研究;7.蛋白質體生物資訊。
The course will include 1.Definition and history of proteomics; 2.Techniques for resolving animal proteome; 3.Application of mass spectrometry in protein identification; 4. Methods of proteome analysis; 5. Multidimensional liquid chromatography for proteomics; 6. Metabolomics 7. Bioinformatics for proteomics.
