Course Description (中) 本課程主要目標是以一整體性之架構,介紹網際網路、經營模式與企業績效三者之關係,並應用此整體性之架構協助學生了解電子化經營模式及探討新興網路公司乃至傳統產業所面臨之挑戰
(Eng.) The main goal of this course is to provide students a comprehensive framework to introduce the relationship among the Internet, business model and corporate performance. Also, applying this comprehensive framework to help students to understand the e-business model and to explore the emerging Internet companies and discussing the challenges which traditional industries are facing.

本課程主要介紹電子化經營模式之概念與理論架構及國內外知名案例之解析及探討」,內容包含電子商務目前面臨的問題及回顧,重點將以國內外知名企業為實例作探討 (例Amazon, 7-11, Dell, American Online..等),課程重點是研究其關鍵成功因素及營運模式,並探討如何因應與執行電子化策略與經營模式。了解市場競爭的機制如何影響策略的結構,分析廠商的定位策略及研究企業持續性競爭優勢的來源

Evaluation
Students are evaluated on the basis of one group project and a series of in-class activities. The grade will be weighted as follows: 1. One Group Project: 60% 2. a series of in-class activities and class participation: 40%
