| The use of pesticides in industrialized agricultural practices is considered both inevitable and necessary. Even if you do not apply them directly, you are likely consuming traces of them every day! In this course, students will gain insights into relevant policies and the characteristics of pesticides, while also developing an understanding of the food safety issues associated with their use. |
