| 課程簡述 | This course explores the developmental dynamics of Asia and Africa—two regions at the forefront of the global climate crisis. Moving beyond traditional regional geography, we focus on the intersections of Climate Change Adaptation, Sustainable Agriculture, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through comparative analysis and case studies, students will examine: (1)Climate Resilience: How rural communities in Asia and Africa navigate threats to food security. (2)Innovation & Policy: The impact of regenerative farming, innovative water management, and the evolution of international agricultural cooperation. (3)Socio-Economic Linkages: The role of global supply chains and indigenous knowledge in regional sustainability. By integrating theoretical frameworks with practical agricultural insights, this course equips students with the interdisciplinary skills needed to address complex regional challenges in the Global South. | This course emphasizes the development of advanced academic research skills. Students will engage in: (1) Literature Review & Content Analysis: Systematically identifying and critiquing core issues in Asian and African regional studies. (2) Synthesis of Findings: Integrating complex data and diverse case studies into coherent, evidence-based research conclusions. (3) Academic Oral Presentation: Regular practice in professional communication to effectively share insights and engage in scholarly discourse. |
