| Course Description | This course provides a comprehensive overview of fundamental concepts in risk management. We will analyze and evaluate risks from an enterprise perspective to better understand and effectively respond to them. Various methods and tools for risk mitigation will also be explained in detail. | ||||||||

| 1. 回答加分、課堂參與等綜合性成績(40%)； 2. 個人期末報告/作業，二選一(30%)： 2-1 同學可自選，上台報告的分數較高； 2-2 題目可自選感興趣的議題，在第8週之後，再決定報告或作業； 3. 自主學習實作(30%)：VaR風險值計算 4. 本課程執行16+2，有2週自主學習，最後2週不上課； 5. 本課程學生可以彈性請假3次(不影響成績) 6. 第7週(2026/4/7)校慶週放假一次 |
