Course Description 本課程主要教予風險管理的基礎專業知識，從企業的角度看待風險、瞭解風險、因應風險，介紹各式各樣的避險方法與工具。

Evaluation
1. 回答加分、課堂參與等綜合性成績(20%)；
2. 期末報告/作業，二選一(30%)：
2-1 報告：同學可選擇團體或個人完成；作業：需個人完成
2-2 題目可自選感興趣的議題，約在第8週，再決定報告或作業；
2-3 其形式將在課堂上說明，同學再作選擇；
3. 自主學習實作(30%)：風險值計算
4. 實到出席成績(20%)
5. 本課程執行16+2，有2週自主學習，最後2週不上課；
6. 候補的同學，開學第一週需到課
