| 課程簡述 | (中) 你聽過鐵路殺警案嗎？你聽過屏東挖眼案嗎？近年來，台灣社會所發生的幾起精神疾病患者的殺人及傷人事件，造成民眾對精神疾病相關議題的關注。而根據聯合國世界衛生組織2017年所提出的健康報告中顯示，全世界約有4.5億人患有精神障礙或神經功能失調，精神疾病的盛行率實已成為全球公共衛生的主要關注議題。本課程將透過介紹當代精神醫學之疾病分類與治療等內容，並延伸疾病至社會相關議題，如酒癮與酒駕、精神鑑定等議題 (授課教師直接參與過鐵路殺警案精神鑑定業務)，期使同學對於精神疾病相關議題有進一步的認知。 (Eng.) According to the health report of the World Health Organization in 2017, about 450 million people in the world suffer from mental disorders or neurological disorders, and the prevalence of mental disorders has become a major concern of global public health. In recent years, several homicides committed by mentally ill patients in Taiwan society have caused people to pay more attention to mental illness-related issues. This course will introduce the content of disease classification and treatment in contemporary psychiatry, and extend the disease to social-related issues (such as alcohol addiction and drunk driving, psychiatric identification, and other issues), hoping to enable students to have a further understanding of issues related to mental illness. |
