課程簡述	在具有分子生物學基本概念的基礎上，對植物基因組及其表現與調控機制進行了解。本課程將探討基因組中不同家族之轉錄因子調控基因表現之機制，及其在植物生長、發育與逆境反應上所扮演的角色，並將介紹此領域之研究技術的最新進展，以及轉錄因子於基因改造作物上的應用。本課程將與圖書館合作"生醫及分生領域課程融入電子書教材使用成效之研究"，進行兩週自主學習課程。首先，將由圖書館員於課程開始時，介紹圖書館與本課程相關之電子書教材與資料庫資源，及如何善加利用並融入課程之經驗分享與建議。本課程將選定主題，由學生利用圖書館提供之線上資源進行學習後，繳交報告分享心得，期望提升學生自主學習之能力。
