Course Description |
熟悉運用蛋白資料庫包含PDB, EM, AI所建置的蛋白質資料庫,分析並學習3D分子結構視覺軟體,藉由結構瞭解生化分子的生化功能。熟悉使用結構視覺軟體, 利用軟體分析的生化分子結構以及展示運用。讓學生培養出分析生化分子結構的能力,能夠根據蛋白質結構所提供資訊息,推測出蛋白質的功能,並設計實驗去印證自己的假設。上課後學生會使用分子結構預測軟體,結構軟體(pymol),瞭解分子結構座標模式,瞭解分子的生化功能與結構關連性的範例,能由分子結構參考文獻,設計及繪製分子結構圖,演示分子的生化功能。
Proficient in using major protein databases to retrieve and understand protein structures. The lectures will provide instruction on utilizing 3D molecular structure visualization software to analyze and learn the biochemical functions of biomolecules through their structures. This involves the combination of structural analysis software to analyze and demonstrate structure-function relationships.
During the lecture, students will perform hands-on activities with molecular structure prediction software, structural software (e.g., PyMOL), and other analysis tools to understand molecular structure coordinate models and the relationship between biochemical functions and structures. Based on selected literature, students will learn how to present structural biology works. |
