Course Description 集體勞動法規範勞動基本權、產業民主與勞工參與決定、勞資會議、工會與雇主團體的組織，以及工會與雇主或雇主團體間之集體協商與爭議行為，勞資爭議處理。本課程分別由人權理論、法理學、法律比較、社會學、經濟學與賽局理論的觀點，探討集體勞動法的議題。本學期之專題討論集中在勞資爭議與爭議行為。

Evaluation
1.課堂口頭報告33.3%
2.書面報告33.3%：撰寫集體勞動法判決簡評，或小論文或論文緒論2000-20000字。
3.隨堂問答筆記或上課筆記或其他自主學習心書面心得33.4。
4.扣分項目：上課缺席未請假每次扣學期成績2分。
