Course Description |
本課程介紹物體在固體狀態下的微觀光及電之物理性質,內容涵蓋薛丁格波動方程式、箱子裏的粒子模型、布洛赫定理、克朗尼希-潘尼模型、布里淵區域、能帶結構及電子局域函數等,本課程為以課堂授課為主。This course introduces the microscopic optical and electrical properties of objects in the solid state, including the Schrödinger equation, particles in a box, Bloch's theorem, Kronig-Penney model, Brillouin zone, energy band theory, and electron localization function. This course aims to establish the basic knowledge of microscopic properties of solids for the students and to further connect the knowledge to related future researches. This course is lecture-oriented. |
