課程簡述	本課程旨在通過社交、民族、飲食、節慶、風俗等主題協助國際學生認識台灣文化與特色。各大主題內含不同子題，課程先以投影片或影片介紹，側重理解、聽力和經驗交流，後加入與主題相關之對話或短文，著重閱讀及詞彙語法的練習與應用。 此課程以認識文化與文化現象為主，語法及生詞教學為輔。部分子題搭配校外參觀或實作，例如下象棋、寫書法、參觀廟宇等，旨在協助外籍生認識台灣文化，減少文化衝擊，更好的融入當地生活。能在適當的語言情境中，善用語法及生詞表達自己的觀點，透過討論與各國學生的經驗分享，提升跨文化溝通能力。 This course aims to help international students understand Taiwan's culture and characteristics through topics such as social interaction, ethnicity, food, festivals, and customs. Each major topic contains different sub-topics. The course is first introduced with a slide or video, focusing on understanding, listening and experience exchange, and then adds dialogues or short articles related to the topic, focusing on reading and the practice and application of vocabulary and grammar. This course focuses on understanding culture and cultural phenomena, supplemented by teaching grammar and new words. Some sub-topics are paired with off-campus visits or practical activities, such as playing chess, writing calligraphy, visiting temples, etc., aiming to help foreign students understand Taiwanese culture, reduce cultural shock, and better integrate into local life. Able to use grammar and new words to express one's own opinions in appropriate language situations, and share experiences with students from different countries through discussions to improve cross-cultural communication skills.
