課程簡述 This course provides students with practical and theoretical training in advanced functional screening strategies. Through lectures, laboratory practices, and project-based experiments, students will learn how to design, execute, and analyze screening assays to evaluate the biological activity of natural products. Emphasis is placed on lifespan, reproduction, locomotion, stress resistance, and behavior. Students will gain experience in assay optimization, troubleshooting, imaging, data visualization, and scientific presentation. The course culminates in a group project where students conduct a full functional screening study and present their findings.

   03.製作專題報告
After completing the experiments, students are required to independently organize and analyze their experimental data, and to interpret the screening results through figures and concise reports, highlighting the biological significance and potential mechanisms of the observed bioactivities. Through this structured, stepwise approach to self-directed learning, students become familiar with bioactivity screening techniques for natural products and develop the ability to translate experimental findings into coherent scientific narratives.
