Course Description 本課程銜接先修課程:華語口說課(一),透過課堂教學與活動設計、討論與及作業練習,訓練程度為CEFR B1/HSK四級/ACTFL Intermediate high以上之外籍生的華語口說能力,讓學生能就廣泛場域的多樣主題以清晰、流利且清楚地表達觀點和演說,並能與聽眾互動,進而加以參與討論與評析。
This course is a continuation of the prerequisite course: Chinese Oral Speaking (I). Through classroom instruction, activity design, discussions, and practice assignments, it aims to enhance the Chinese speaking skills of foreign students at CEFR B1/HSK Level 4/ACTFL Intermediate High and above. The course enables students to express their views clearly, fluently, and accurately, and deliver speeches on a wide range of topics. Additionally, it equips students to interact with their audience, and actively participate in discussions, evaluations, and analyses.

1. To engage in clear and fluent conversations on a variety of topics, and to express and discuss ideas comprehensively.
2. To articulate viewpoints and offer suggestions, as well as provide reasons for support or opposition, presenting well-organized and logical statements.
3. To achieve a CEFR B2 level in speaking proficiency.
