Course Description 一、介紹民事訴訟的目的、民事訴訟的主體（法院、當事人-原告、被告，及其他訴訟關係人）、訴訟法上的相關理論、各審程序的進行，以及法院裁判的格式及效力。
二、配合課程進度，實施作業寫作及期末考試，當作練習，並檢驗學習效果。
