| 課程簡述 | (中) 本課程包含了趣味生技和醫學應用之幾個主題： 一、健康：塑身生理與健康、經絡與養生等2個主題。 二、食品：微生物與發酵食品、食在安心等2個主題。 三、生技與醫學應用：系統生物：斑馬魚在生物醫學中的應用、果蠅發育與老化:基礎遺傳學與醫學之運用、生物資訊與藥物設計等3個主題。 期許學生從科普方面，並透過實作課程，進一步了解生活、健康與生命科學相關議題。 (Eng.) Several fascinating life skills and medical applications are covered in this course: 1. Health: a. body sculpting physiology and health b. meridians and health maintenance 2. Food: a. microorganisms and fermented foods b. food safty 3. Biotechnology and medical applications: a. systematic biology: zebrafish applications in biomedicine b. fruit fly development and aging: basic genetics and medical applications c. bioinformatics and drug design |
