| 本課程為基礎法學領域之必修課程，共分上下學期兩階段授課。在下學期憲法課程中，授課重點主要著重於人民基本權利各論，以及國家個別權力之運作，以及與其他權利間之互動關係等部分之講授。期望藉此以建立修課學生對於憲法此一國家根本大法能有基本且必要之憲法知識。 |
