Course Description 1. 介紹民事訴訟各審程序的進行（常態及特殊型態）、舉證程序、法院裁判的格式及效力，以及訴訟中之通常與非常的救濟方法（上訴、抗告、再審等）。
2. 配合課程進度，實施作業寫作及期末考試，當作練習，並檢驗學習效果。
