課程簡述	The course will provide students with a foundation in integrated optics and optical waveguides. Topics will include: solutions to the wave equation in planar waveguide structures; fabrication of optical waveguides; materials used in integrated optic devices; the measurement and analysis of optical waveguides; and integrated optic devices for specific applications.
