| 課程簡述 | 有興趣進一步瞭解作物育種方法與資料分析之同學而開設之課程，內容主要介紹育種程序中相關學理操作、資料分析與育種實務擬定，包含種原遺傳歧異度、選拔增進理論、不同選拔單位之遺傳率估算與育種程序後期多環境下的品系比較試驗。提升學員延伸基礎分析能力，對於定位重要性狀連鎖基因與規劃分子輔助選育等試驗至關重要。 This course is intended for anyone who analyzes or interprets crop breeding data. This course provides college students with the knowledge and skills to be able to design and analyze breeding trial data. Through a combination of lecture, exercises on case, and practice with explanation, students will learn about designs that are especially useful in crop breeding, analysis methods and techniques for single and multi-trial analysis such as the genetic diversity of germplasms, computing heritability, modelling selection response and multi- environment trial. The knowledge gained in this course is essential for understanding even more advanced methods such as bi-parent QTL mapping and marker-assisted selection. |

| 訓練學員從試驗設計、遺傳學原理等判斷選育性狀之遺傳特性，藉由講授不同授粉特性之選育方法與育種期程規劃，研習他國實務育種案例，得以善用慣行選育方法並納入新穎分生工具改善其選育效率與最佳化策略之基礎能力。 To train participants to determine the genetic characteristics of breeding traits through principles of experimental design and genetics. By introducing breeding methods tailored to different pollination systems and planning breeding timelines, along with studying practical breeding cases from other countries, learners will be able to effectively apply conventional breeding approaches while incorporating modern molecular tools to enhance breeding efficiency and optimize selection strategies. |
