介紹應用水文學之基本理論與實務工程設計，使修習同學對應用水文學有完整的認識，對基本的水文歷程與機制有正確的概念，並且能應用所習得之知識於實務工程設計，應用水文學原理解決人類在水資源開發所面臨的問題。 This course introduces the fundamental theories and practical design applications of applied hydrology. It aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of applied hydrologic principles and develop a correct conceptual grasp of basic hydrologic processes and mechanisms.
