課程簡述 This course provides an advanced and research-oriented overview of recent developments in phytochemistry, focusing on modern extraction techniques, high-resolution analytical platforms, metabolomics, bioactivity-guided isolation, molecular mechanisms of action, and emerging applications in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and functional foods. Emphasis is placed on critical analysis of current literature, experimental design, and interdisciplinary approaches.

Students are encouraged to explore current research articles, databases, and reviews on plant-derived compounds and their bioactivities. Independent study of extraction techniques, analytical methods, and bioassay protocols, along with problem-solving exercises and case studies, will reinforce theoretical knowledge. Regular self-assessment through quizzes, concept mapping, and literature summaries is recommended to develop critical thinking and practical application skills.
