| 課程簡述 | 使學生了解抄紙前的漿料製備如鍊漿、淨漿、填料與濕端化學藥品添加，以及紙機上成形、脫水、壓水、乾燥、捲紙等造紙原理與程序，並以製程相關之其他學門(環保、管理、成本、儀控)為輔，冀以培育通曉理論與實務的紙廠造紙工程師。 |

| 1.漿料之製備(散漿、鍊漿、漿料調合、濕端化學與藥劑、篩漿) Stock preparation (repulping, refining, proportioning, additives, wet end chemistry, screening and cleaning) 2.紙之成形(流漿系統、紙機型式、抄紙網與網下濾水裝置、白水回收系統) Sheet forming process (stock approaching system, PMs, wire and drainage elements, WW recycling) 3.紙之壓水(揭紙、毯布、抽吸壓水轆) Press section (pick-up, felt, suction press roll) 4.紙之乾燥(熱傳與乾燥原理、烘缸排列、乾燥裝置、烘缸帆布、表面上膠) Dryer section (heat transfer and theories of drying, dryer arrangement, types of dryer, dryer fabrics, surface sizing) 5.紙之壓光、捲收、裁切 Calendering , reeling and winding, slitting and sheeting. 6.機外塗佈與超壓光 Coating and supercalendering. 7.廢紙再利用(散漿、篩選、除污淨漿、脫墨、漂白) Waste paper recycling (repulping, screening and cleaning, deinking, bleaching) 8.製程自動控制 Instrumentation application and process control 9.造紙工業環境管理 Environment management of paper industry |
