課程簡述	In this course, we will focus on the algorithmic perspective of machine learning. Specifically, the implementation of the classical and the modern algorithms with python and TensorFlow. The major objective of the course is to establish students’ ability to read and to implement the modern machine learning algorithms in the recent research papers. And prepare the students to their future research works.
