Course Description 質譜技術目前為食品安全分析上最普遍也是最重要之分析技術,本課程會介紹質譜技術相關原理、數據判讀及食品定量分析的基本觀念。

期望學生修完課後能對質譜技術有基本的了解,並能解決一些常見的問題,並進一步對食品材料之定量分析流程及數據判讀有一定之認識。
