課程簡述 如何才能習得一項不受限於天候、場地器材,且能終身參與而不受身體機能老化影響的運動?如何能習得一項融入傳統中華文化精神而能吸引外國友人願與你交流的運動?太極拳就是一個不錯的選擇。鄭子37式太極拳係由太極拳大師鄭曼青先生(人稱五絕老人精通:詩、書、畫、拳、醫)於1938年任湖南省國術館長時,為適應工商社會講究時效之需要,並配合推行全民運動的宗旨,由楊家太極拳為基礎,在老架一百多式中,刪去重複,保留精髓,精簡為37式,以利推廣。

How can one acquire a form of exercise that is not restricted by weather, venue, or equipment, and allows lifelong participation without being affected by the aging of the body? How can one learn a sport that integrates traditional Chinese cultural spirit and attracts foreign friends for communication? Tai Chi is an excellent choice. The 37-form Tai Chi, developed by Master Zheng Manqing in 1938 during his tenure as the director of the Hunan Provincial Martial Arts Academy, is a good option. To meet the efficiency demands of the industrial and commercial society and align with the goal of promoting mass sports participation, Master Zheng based it on the Yang-style Tai Chi. From over a hundred traditional forms, he removed repetitions, retained the essence, and condensed it into 37 forms for easier dissemination. Master Zheng, also known as the "Five Profound Old Man" proficient in poetry, calligraphy, painting, martial arts, and medicine, crafted this form to blend traditional Chinese culture into a sport that can be easily shared and enjoyed by people globally.
