Course Description	Put Your English into Practice 求學期間， 在衡量(未來)一生使用接觸英文語言的機緣多寡而善用時間學習的想法下，應該知道了解 1 將來的工作會廣泛使用時，學生自身就要更積極主動學習 2 將來的工作或許使用時機並不多時，應做好學生學習本份達到學校標準要求 3 不論如何，都應該盡量學習到保持謙恭有禮的言辭談吐和外國人(歐美人士等)溝通良好不會導致彼此誤會 During one’s school years, it is important to make good use of time to study English, especially when considering how often the language may be used throughout one’s life. With this mindset, students should understand that: 1. If their future job will involve frequent use of English, they must take the initiative and study more actively. 2. If their future career may not require much English, they should still fulfill their responsibility as students and meet the school's learning standards. 3. Regardless of future use, everyone should strive to develop polite and respectful language skills, and be able to communicate clearly with foreigners (such as people from Europe and America) to avoid misunderstandings.

Practice makes perfect. 讓英文成為生活中的一部分 Let English be a part of your life. 不用強迫自己非學到100%和母語人士一樣，但是也不能不學英文0%，然後不管有無考試目的，也不管生活中有無接觸外籍人士，每天最好接觸英文33%以上(5小時多)，至少30~60分鐘，以聽或讀點英文的方式，瀏覽訊息，吸收知識，增長智慧 You don't have to force yourself to learn English to 100% proficiency or become just like a native speaker. However, you shouldn’t give up on English completely, either. Whether you are learning English for exams or not, and whether or not you regularly interact with foreigners in your daily life, it is best to expose yourself to English every day—ideally more than 33% of your day (over five hours), or at least 30–60 minutes. Week Course Content Week 1 Week 1— Brief Introduction 第一周就要開始點名算出缺席 加選本課程資格條件，只收 1大五以上 2大四，課程和其他檢定輔導課程時間衝突(請準備相關証明) 會先退選大二，大三，好讓大四以上符合資格的同學加選，然後，未參加過校內外英檢檢定者，即使上課期間，一經查獲，即刻退選或通知不予通過，本課程以加到55人為準。 Eligibility Requirements for Adding This Course This course is open only to students who meet one of the following requirements: 1. Fifth-year students or above. 2. Fourth-year students whose schedules conflict with other certification exam preparation courses. Please prepare relevant documentation as proof of the schedule conflict. Priority will be given to eligible fourth-year students and above. Second- and third-year students will be dropped from the course first to make room for qualified students. Students who have never taken any English proficiency test, either on or off campus, will be dropped from the course immediately if this is discovered during the semester, or will be notified that they are not eligible to pass the course. The maximum enrollment for this course is 55 students.
