課程簡述	基因工程為對生物基因加以修飾或改變，進而影響基因在生物體內的功能。本課程在對植物flower abscission、flower shape、flower color、herbicides resistance、stress tolerance等主題進行基因工程的講述分析，並討討其應用性。此外亦對基因工程目前最新發展的技術及成果加以說明，並於課程結束前作一綜合性討論。
