Course Description 產品策略(product strategy)是行銷4P裡的第一個P,亦是企業實務中最重要的第一個P,代表了企業競爭致勝最關鍵的策略,本課程為培養「產品經理」(Product Manager, PM)初階理論課程,培育學生具「產品力」的理論基礎與實作課程。本課程內容學生能學習如何創造突破性與延伸性產品,如何創造商業方案 ──包括競爭評析、市場要求、以及風險降低,如何執行產品審議、beta測試,產品順利上市,品牌指引,顧客訊息管理方法,產品策略和銷售人員及通路合作的建議,如何傳達符合願景的方向的產品策略目標。根據美國產品管理協會PDMA的定義,所謂的「產品管理(Product Management)」是指在新產品開發的過程當中,通過不斷監控和調整市場組合的基本要素(包括產品及自身特色、溝通策略、配銷通路和價格),隨時確保產品或者服務能充分滿足客戶需求。故本產品策略內容包含產品規劃、產品管理及產品行銷,為培育未來產品策略專業經理人的理論課程。
