課程簡述 |
This course should give the knowledge of optical spectroscopy in solid-state molecules, cell biology, biophysics, and biochemistry. The course covers the introduction of optical instruments, atomic spectrum, spectra of proteins or nucleic acids, the photoelectric effect, fluorescence, IR and Raman spectroscopy, UV/VIS spectroscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA, also known as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and EDS (energy-dispersive spectrometer) for the applications of chemical analysis, biochemistry, biophysics, and chemistry of surface material. |
