Course Description 本課程以大學部同名課程為基礎,為修課學生設計進階主題,將基礎OB&OT基礎理論與公共組織相關理論連結,包括公共行政理論、公共管理理論、制度理論等,俾使研究生建立知識體系之間的對話能力。此外,課程融入當代前沿議題,諸如資訊科技對組織帶來的變遷與新挑戰。

20% 期中報告_理論應用:第 8 週繳交。2,000+字,應用OB/OT理論,分析診斷一個公或私部門組織案例
25% 期末報告:第 16 週口頭發表,書面繳交iLearning。5,000+ 字文獻回顧與理論批判論文
