Course Description 本課程係採公共政策英文讀本和中文讀本，藉由師生共同閱讀，老師講解方式進行課程內容。課程主要目標在培養學生瞭解公共政策基本概念，掌握各項公共政策領域，透過政策分析方法的訓練，以達具備分析和解讀公共行政與公共政策議題的能力。並針對當前公共行政及政策議題加以研討：
1. 氣候變遷與低碳城市政策
2. 能源短缺與綠色能源政策
3. 糧食問題、食品安全問題
4. 環境污染(如水污染及空氣污染)
5. 鄰避設施
6. 公共安全與災難管理(地震、氣爆、粉塵爆)
7. 社會住宅
8. 三合一照顧政策(長照、托育、就業)
9. 年金改革
10. 毒品管制政策
11. 登隔熱、重大疫情傳染
12. 農地工廠
13. 勞工休假政策(一例一休)
14. 水資源管理政策
15. 婚姻平權、同性婚姻

本課程主要目標在培養學生對西方公共行政與政策理論概念的完整認知，同時掌握各項公共行政與公共政策領域的知識，透過政策分析方法的訓練，以達具備分析和解讀行政及公共政策實務議題的能力。
