課程簡述 | 「民族語言」的創造在世界各地的民族運動中佔有突出地位。本課程將從比較的角度研究二十世紀中國的「國語運動」及其規範現代書面語言和口語的努力。並探討各種因素如何塑造中國與亞洲不同國家的民族語言觀念,包括地區認同、階級政治、古代在國家形像中的作用、教育政策和掃盲運動、外語的影響、溝通的改善報紙和電報、語言學研究進展等。課程主要以中文講授,並以英文輔助,必須閱讀中文及英文相關論文,課程的執行方式,將包括課堂討論、簡短的講座和學生報告。評量標準為學生的課堂參與和個人研究論文。本課程前三週為林仁昱老師授課;第四週至第十五週為厚實學院計畫訪問教授德國萊比錫大學白莎(Elisabeth Kaske)教授,於12月1至4日,15至18日,共計8天,採每日3小時密集上課方式進行(8*3=24堂課,中文授課),詳細時段將於第一週上課時,徵詢選課同學空堂後確定,第16週為國定假日。 | ||||||||
