課程簡述 (中) 與大腦相關的神經與精神疾病，是生醫研究中一個相當重要的課題，所含範疇極廣，其中基因遺傳所扮演的角色亦極為重要。本課程提供修習課程之同學能針對不同之疾病與研究方法，能有更進一步的瞭解。本課程參與學生需依各領域主題所指定之最新期刊研究論文，共同進行研究方法與結果之討論，以增進學生對此領域的新知，並能就個別精專的領域有進一步研究的能力。
(Eng.) This course will provide an overview of basic concepts and advanced topics in molecular genetics and their use in answering fundamental questions in biomedical researches of neuronal and psychiatric diseases. It is designed for the graduated students of Institute of Biomedical Sciences to understand advanced aspects in molecular genetics of neuronal and psychiatric diseases through interactive paper discussion. The most updated journal papers that focus on selected topics are presented and followed by group discussion. Through paper discussion, students will learn about the modern knowledge and the power of genetics as an experimental tool in research of neuronal related diseases.
