Course Description 讓同學瞭解所謂的氣候變遷和人類的經濟活動有何關聯,其中第一部分的課程將介紹氣候變遷對人類經濟活動的影響,主要的影響範圍將包括對農業、漁業、水資源、生態、期貨市場、旅遊以及健康等部分。第二部分課程所要介紹的是人類的經濟活動如何影響氣候變遷,此主要介紹的是人類的經濟活動所排放的溫室氣體會造成溫室效應,而引起全球暖化,而人類的經濟活動中產生溫室氣體排放的數量會因不同國家的發展和不同的部門而有所不同。以台灣為例,主要集中在火力的發電以及交通運輸等部門。另外全球淨零之重要政策,如排放權交易和碳稅亦會介紹。
