課程簡述 This course introduces the use of model organisms in the evaluation of biological activity of natural products. The course emphasizes experimental design, phenotypic assays, and molecular endpoints relevant to oxidative stress, aging, neurodegeneration, and metabolism. Students will learn how to utilize model organisms for in vivo screening, pathway analysis, and translational research through hands-on case studies, literature discussion, and project presentations.

   03.製作專題報告
The final project of this course promotes student learning through self-directed research proposal development, requiring students to independently select a natural product or extract, conduct literature analysis, and integrate bioactivity evaluation with experimental design.
學習評量方式
Midterm assessment (exam or written assignments): 30%
Case study presentation: 40%
Final written report: 30%.
