課程簡述	The Seminar on Anglo-American Law is a course that seeks to help graduate students understand how to do research in Anglo-American Law while learning about the new legal developments in the United States and other states with Anglo-Saxon legal traditions. For the 2024 Fall semester, the first part of our course will be aligned with the U.S. presidential election and the legal cases/issues surrounding this election. The second part of the course will be presentation and discussion by students on some of the newer U.S. case decisions that have a prominent impact on the future development U.S. law. This class will be taught in Chinese, but the course materials for this class will be in English.

The purpose of this class is two pronged: First, the course wants to assist the students in their understanding of Anglo-American Law to facilitate their ability to do research as it relates to Anglo-American law and cases.
