| Course Description | 人力資源對於企業經營之重要性與日俱增，如何吸引並挑選適當的人才是人力資源管理實務之首要課題。本課程主要在於協助學生瞭解企業招募與甄選的流程與內容，並同時藉由企業主與應徵者雙方觀點來探討相關概念，以發揮招募與甄選一體兩面的精神。本課程授課方式包括：(1)重點講授：教師講解相關概念，協助學生瞭解企業實務；(2)課程活動：課程安排履歷自傳實作、實務面試演練、職涯探索等活動，以增進學生對於課程內容與實際情境之連結。學習本課程，除了能夠瞭解招募與甄選的理論與實務外，也有助於自身未來求職準備。 | ||||||||
